Nothing could be more ironic than the fact that I, of all people, am with someone with such amazing cooking talents. AND that I - of all people - have previously acquired such little credibility to actually be able to make such claims.
In other words, who'd believe me?
All I can say is, I'm not the same eater I once was. I know my palettes and flavors and depths of tastes now like I never knew. And I'm one damn lucky lady.
So when Ray cooks...I like to take pictures.

My spinach is really starting to burst out!
This grilled steak tuna was one of his very best this year ~ we both agree. It was like eating the juiciest, lightest steaks ever.

This is how most of our pictures come out...Ray busy cooking, or fishing, or setting up camp, or whatever and me coming up and snapping a picture.
Hilarious.
I'm officially moved in now ~ so next time expect to see pics from my music studio room. It's already been used for a 6 song recording session. The acoustics still need to be dampened in there, but its otherwise a really great, comfortable space.
